QR Code Link to This Post Looking for plow operators for this winter. This is for a specific location. I will need you from begining to end of storm at the Cinemagic Movie theater in Merrimack, NH. That's it. Stay at this lot for the whole storm until lot is all cleared.
1 Skid Steer Loader Operator. This is a brand new Cat 249D Trax loader (heated cab with radio) with a 10Ft low profile box plow
1 plow truck operator. a 2003 ford F-250 4 door short bed with cap V-10 with xm radio and a fisher 9ft straight blade and saltdogg electric tailgate spreader.
also will need 1 shovel person (will have shovels and snowblower on site)
My requirements are that you have a clean driving record, you show up and are reliable for the entire winter season. You need to be on call for every snow event. I expect quality work, not half assed. and you must have some experience (meaning you have at least plowed before) preferable to live 15-20 minutes away from the location. Further is ok if you can get there within an hour of being called in
Pay for the plow operators is $25 an hour and you will be 1099'd. however I will do $20 an hour cash
Shovel/snowblow person $15 an hour 1099'd. $10 an hour cash option.
you will be paid within 7 days or less of each storm you work.
I posted all the positions in one to give anyone the option of maybe 2 friends (both with experience) working together or even all 3 or family or whatever. Or plow operator does shoveling too for more money, Im open for discussion
